Fronted by the fantastic vocal talents of Kelly Aldridge Junction 5 first played at South Hill Park in 2013 followed by a performance last year at the iconic Hammersmith Apollo under the name of Diva. 2015 sees the band stripped back and funkier than ever, playing as a 6 piece and choosing to change their name to Junction 5 to reflect their move back to their funkier roots. The band plays a blend of funk / soul covers mixing more recent tracks by the likes of Paloma Faith and Brother Strutt with older classics from the likes of Tower Of Power, The Average White Band, Stevie Wonder and Kool and the Gang. Support comes from Moonfly doors open 7.30pm, starts 8.00pm tickets are £8.00 in advance and £10.00 on the door, tel 01344 484123, www.southhillpark.org.uk
