We have a fabulous line up at The Couch, Bracknell on Thursday 1st June featuring Brooksie Wells (USA) was a child of the sixties whose father was a Civil Rights activist from the deep South. Discovered by Bobby Darin at 19, her early demos were with John Lennon's band Elephant's Memory and she was also a singer with Kid Creole and the Coconuts. Tomorrow Bird drawing influences from bands such as The Civil Wars, their haunting melodies and heart-felt lyrics have transfixed audiences and marked them out as a band to watch and the line up is completed with blues and roots from Martin Wood.
